Event: Women Leaders & Innovators in Technology

Technology increasingly sits at the intersection of many aspects of our lives: how we work and learn, how we interact with the people in our lives and the world around us, and how we access and consume the products and services we use every day.  Diversity in engineering and technology is critical to ensuring different perspectives are considered when we identify and solve problems with technology and results in more creative solutions.

The United Nations Observance of International Women’s Day under the theme “DigitALL: Innovation and technology for gender equality”, recognizes and celebrates the women and girls who are championing the advancement of transformative technology and digital education.

The Office of Information and Communications and Technology (OICT) invites you to join us for a moderated virtual panel of Women Leaders & Innovators in Technology on:

7 March 2023, 9-10 a.m. EST

The panelists will share their personal journeys, perspectives on technology innovation in their sectors, and their thoughts on digital inclusion.

The event is free and open to the UN System attendees and the public. Attendees will be able to ask questions through the chat; however, they will be moderated prior to being visible to the audience.
