What brought you to a career in technology at the United Nations?

Technology has always been an interest of mine due to my penchant for investigating issues and simplifying complex matters. My former mentors who have been pioneers in the fields of technology have inspired me to pursue this area and maximize its transformative power in my line of work.

What has been your favorite technology project or initiative at the United Nations and why? What was your contribution?

My work on the creating a dashboard has been my favorite to date. I had to translate the technical data into visuals that can be used by my team.

What advice would you give women interested in pursuing a field in technology?

Technology is amazing and we should explore ways on how we can actively use it at work. It is constantly evolving, and it's essential to keep up with the latest trends and developments.
