What brought you to a career in technology at the United Nations?
'I chose a career at the UN because I am passionate about improving people’s lives through education and technology accessibility. I firmly believe that education and digital accessibility can drive positive change and ensure that no one is left behind.
What has been your favorite technology project or initiative at the United Nations and why? What was your contribution?
'My favorite project at UNITAR has been the design of the Training of Trainers eLearning course. My contributions were in the design of the course and the learning experience and I am now the course manager. This digital course adheres to high accessibility standards, ensuring an inclusive learning experience for all participants.
What advice would you give women interested in pursuing a field in technology?
Stay curious, continuously read, listen, search, ask questions, and test new ideas. The best way to learn and grow in technology is through hands-on practice and curiosity.
