What brought you to a career in technology at the United Nations?

Learning about audio-visual technology started as a hobby. I was always fascinated by its ability to communicate ideas and stories. When the opportunity came at the United Nations Office at Nairobi, it seemed like the perfect place to apply my technical abilities to help convey important messages on a global scale.

What has been your favorite technology project or initiative at the United Nations and why? What was your contribution?

My favorite project was to provide audio-visual support for Her Excellency Queen Maxima and King Charles's visit.

What advice would you give women interested in pursuing a field in technology?

In the area of Technology, despite being male-dominated, women can thrive even better than men.
