Reboot the Earth
Reboot The Earth is a social coding event that brings a diverse group together to improve upon or build technology solutions that address the current climate crisis. The event will take place around the globe in May and June 2024. This year's focus will be on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Enhancing Peacekeeping Training: A Transformative Approach Through UNCAP's Training Needs Assessment
With a focus on aligning training course content with the operational demands and mandates of peacekeeping missions, the United Nations C4ISR Academy for Peace Operations (UNCAP) just concluded its 2024 Training Needs Assessment (TNA). The aim of the TNA was to ensure that Command, Control, Communication, Computer (C4), Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) training remains relevant and impactful, and meets the diverse needs in the field.
There’s never a second chance to make a first impression, but that won’t be a problem for the redesigned United Nations Careers Portal. Not only does the revamped Careers Portal allow fast and easy access to UN job postings, it also engages, informs and inspires potential applicants, and provides a more intuitive and personalized user experience.
