What brought you to a career in technology at the United Nations?
With a background in water resources engineering, climate change and geospatial analysis, I was drawn to the UN’s mission of using technology for global impact.
What has been your favorite technology project or initiative at the United Nations and why? What was your contribution?
One of my favorite technology initiatives at the United Nations has been my key contribution to the ongoing Regional Initiative for the Assessment of Climate Change Impacts on Water Resources and Socio-Economic Vulnerability in the Arab Region.
What advice would you give women interested in pursuing a field in technology?
Be non-conventional and pursue your passion.
