What brought you to a career in technology at the United Nations?

With a master's in computer science and over 10 years in various IT roles, I'm excited about joining the United Nations. I believe in the power of technology to bring positive global change. The UN's mission for peace, human rights, and sustainable development aligns with my values. I see technology as a strong tool to enhance these efforts. I'm eager to contribute my skills and experience to make a meaningful impact on a worldwide scale.

What has been your favorite technology project or initiative at the United Nations and why? What was your contribution?

I've been at the UN for 9 months, and I love working on gDoc. My supervisors and colleagues have been encouraging me to take over the part of the project that has high-tech solutions from day one, with responsibilities like managing APIs, ensuring their smooth operation, and leading the data migration for a special feature. It's exciting to contribute technically to projects that matter!
