What brought you to a career in technology at the United Nations?

I wanted to learn and pick the brains of those who know more than me. I also wanted to remain encouraged.

What has been your favorite IT project at the United Nations and what was your technical contribution?

My favorite projects were Umoja Clusters 4 and 5. I reviewed information from Legacy Systems and ensured it was correct in the new system.

What advice would you give women interested in pursuing a field in technology?

If there is no technology, there is no future. We need to get on board if we want to remain competitive in the job market.
