What brought you to a career in technology at the United Nations?

my academic and professional background is in technology, especially Information technology, and data. I am perusing my educational background in my work.

What has been your favorite technology project or initiative at the United Nations and why? What was your contribution?

my favorite IT project at the United Nations was data collection in field mission during an emergency time when there were the list source was available with very limited budget.

What advice would you give women interested in pursuing a field in technology?

I strongly encourage women to start working on their technical skills and ignore social boundaries. Where I grew up, there was no encouragement for female tech workers and we faced a lot of discrimination.
