What brought you to a career in technology at the United Nations?

It was a new challenge and a new area for me.

What has been your favorite IT project at the United Nations and what was your technical contribution?

The United Nations has saved millions of lives and boosted health and education across the world. My contributions were demonstrating the UN core values in daily activities and working with colleagues from different backgrounds. I constantly showed willingness to assist staff who needed help. I have efficiently performed administrative related functions in the Chief Transport Office.

What advice would you give women interested in pursuing a field in technology?

To always be proud, to never give up and always continue to believe that you can achieve your goals.
