Linda Karitanyi
Administrative Assistant
What brought you to a career in technology at the United Nations?
Firstly in 2004, I started as a UNV with UNMIL in Liberia as a Communication Assistant to set up UNMIL CTS Communication Centre in 2004. Ended I moved to Administration Support in 2009 in the field missions where currently I am serving as a support staff with MINUSCA; as an Administrative Assistant to the Head of Kagas Regional Office. It is immensely a huge responsibility to work closely with the HoO and all substantive sections within the Kagas Regional Office. With the advanced technology in the United Nations, the use of Outlook, UMOJA platform for my day-to-day multitask is outstanding, and many thanks to the support of the Field Support Technology Section. Providing support to the Head of Kagas Regional Office and to all substantive sections, including other FO such as Ouham Fafa and Kemo prefectures had contributed to the success criteria of my day-to day routine tasks. Best regards /Ms. Linda Makeba Karitanyi
