What brought you to a career in technology at the United Nations?

I was send to MINURSO, as UNMO, I stayed at the Team Site for 3 months, and then there was a vacancy at the GIS section, I have done the interview, and as I am a cartographic engineer with a master in geoinformation and earth observation, I was called to work in the GIS section

What has been your favorite technology project or initiative at the United Nations and why? What was your contribution?

It is the daily work, when I can make a map and clarify the situation for a better decision to be taken by the staff

What advice would you give women interested in pursuing a field in technology?

Sometimes people say that the technology field is more of a men's thing, but it is not. We also have the capabilities, knowledge, and passion to work with it. So, whatever you want to do in your life, do it as if your life depends on it, and you will achieve it.
