What brought you to a career in technology at the United Nations?

To contribute to the UN Staff Development by adding my wide expertise and knowledge in eLearning, learning technologies and Instructional Design. I have more than 23 years of experience having worked in many different renowned private companies and also international organizations like the European Commission.

What has been your favorite technology project or initiative at the United Nations and why? What was your contribution?

GO2UN. The Global Orientation to the United Nations Programme that has been launched in 2022 and itᄡs being rolled out in different phases, including many Secretariat entities. My technical contribution has been building a six month online course in Moodle (CDOTS Campus) called GO2UN Pathway, for new or transitioning staff that have just started a new position in the UN. The complexity of the functionality of the GO2UN Pathway in Moodle has been designed to meet the needs of the different target groups while providing a smooth, friendly and engaging experience to the users.
