What brought you to a career in technology at the United Nations?

I work as an Administrative Assistant with the RCO office, but I'm also a mentor and Emerging Leader with TechWomen. Being selected as a TechWomen Emerging Leader has helped me build a large professional network and inspired me with the dynamism, innovation and risk-taking culture exemplified by Silicon Valley and others. I am currently a mentor for a program that assists young women and girls in achieving their goals.

What has been your favorite IT project at the United Nations and what was your technical contribution?

My favorite projects involve Data analysis and Power BI. I am learning more about Microsoft 365.

What advice would you give women interested in pursuing a field in technology?

Never stop chasing your dreams. You can do everything.
