What brought you to a career in technology at the United Nations?
I chose a career at the UN to contribute to global solutions addressing urbanization challenges and to be part of a diverse and dynamic team working towards sustainable development. The UN's mission to create better living conditions and promote sustainable cities aligns with my passion for architecture and urban planning.
What has been your favorite technology project or initiative at the United Nations and why? What was your contribution?
My favorite project has been working on the New Urban Agenda Reporting framework at UN-Habitat. This initiative supports informed decision-making and promotes sustainable urban growth, directly impacting communities worldwide.
What advice would you give women interested in pursuing a field in technology?
Embrace your unique perspective, continuously seek new learning opportunities, and don’t be afraid to challenge the status quo. Your contributions are valuable and can drive innovation.
