Conversations between computers and humans are where AI has made many advances. Today, we use automated bots to find information, get support or place an order. Conversational interfaces are ubiquitous—from the voice-activated systems in our cars to home devices that can answer all kinds of questions to cell phones that can be controlled through voice commands.
