Two new features in Unite Docs—Desktop Apps and Office Online Edit service—let you create new documents and edit existing files without following the check-in and check-out process. The Office Online Edit service also supports real-time, co-editing of documents. Download the user guide for more information.

 

Searching for a colleague's email address in Unite Mail? When using the Address Book button to look up names in the Directory, Unite Mail sorts those by first name. It is not possible to change that. For more Office 365 tips, training and quick guides, visit: unite.un.org/office365
