Unite Connections, Unite Docs and OneDrive are United Nations applications designed to help transform the way we do our jobs. In-person (at UNHQ) and online training sessions for these easy-to-use tools are held monthly.

Visit the OICT Unite training sessions wiki in Connections to sign up for upcoming sessions.

Did you know your Skype for Business conversations are saved by default? You have two options for viewing your conversations:

  1. In the main Skype for Business window, click on the Conversation tab. All conversations will be listed with the most recent on top; double click on one to open and view a conversation.
  2. In Unite Mail, Skype for Business conversations are saved in a folder labelled Conversation History.
