Reboot the Earth

Reboot The Earth is a social coding event that brings a diverse group together to improve upon or build technology solutions that address the current climate crisis. The event will take place around the globe in May and June 2024. This year's focus will be on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The Office of Information and Communications Technology (OICT), the European Commission Directorate-General for Informatics and the International Telecommunication Union-ITU announced the winners of the third series of innovation challenges in the framework of the Open Source Software for Sustainable Development Goals (OSS4SDG) during a virtual awards ceremony on 15 December. 

The United Nations C4ISR Academy for Peace Operations (UNCAP) and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO, through the NATO Communications and Information Agency (NCI Agency), have partnered to deliver the first Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) Facility in the UN Secretariat. Read more.
